Please be prepared to set aside 2 to 3 hours for your first appointment and initial consultation at our clinic.  You will undergo an extensive evaluation with our medical director, Dr. Sandeep Mistry; our psychotherapist, Tiffany Garrett; and our pelvic physical therapist, Dr. AngelaTreadway.

Based on our findings, our team of professionals will then develop an individualized treatment plan that may include additional tests, prescription medications, non-prescription medications, sex therapy, physical therapy, surgery or a combination of the above.
